Before you start looking for a home you should

The first step
in the process is to get Pre Approved by a lender. I have
access to a few lenders that have the best terms and rates, give
guidance to the best loan program for your needs, and do a good
job throughout the process to avoid problems during the escrow.
I have worked with many lenders on a day-to-day basis and can
let you know who does not perform well and who does.
Finding out how much home you can afford is
the first step in the home buying process. You must put the horse
in front of the carriage not the other way around!

buying process as smooth and hassle free as possible. We have outlined

other pertinent information regarding interested areas and establish

Keep Buyers updated on New, Reduced, and Back-On-The-Market
properties that fit the Buyers criteria. |

Advise Buyer on the values of properties. Is it over
priced? Is it a bargain that you should jump on? Does the zoning
allow for what you are looking to do? We show you how to analyze
this information and go over market trends. |

We will prepare, present, and negotiate the best price,
terms, and conditions for the Buyer. Assist in preparing a schedule
for all inspections, including pest control, appraisal, and appointments
in regards to the Buyers physical inspection to achieve a successful
close of escrow. |
